O.k last night I failed a bit and had a prawn an cocktail crisp. I know I over eat, but this sort of thing takes time. I know I can do it because I have already done it before.
I made the biggest mistake in promising my sister that I would make some cupcakes and a victoria sponge cake for my niece’s birthday. I quickly promised before I remembered that I was on a diet. To work around this I think I if my diet goes well, I will treat myself to 1 cupcake and 1 slice of victoria sponge in 3 weeks. But it’s crazy right, I’ll be going right back to square one. But you never know by then I might not even want to taste it…well hopefully I won’t.
I was out for the whole day, so I didn’t find anytime to do any exercise.
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and 2 slices of toast
Lunch: Fried chicken and dumplin
Dinner: Chicken, rice and 1 dumplin
Snacks: Extra dinner, ice-cream
Drinks: Beer, fruit juice, caprison juice. (Hmm on reflection I need to drink WATER!)
