Day 7: Busy day

I was out for the whole day today, which is a good thing because it mean’t that I was away from my kitchen and everything tempting. No exercise today which is a bit of a downer. I should have weighted myself today but I forgot so I’ll weigh myself tomorrow. I’m a bit nervous, because this week has not been a success at all!

Lunch:  Fried chicken and dumplin

Dinner: Meatballs and chips.

Snacks: Yogurt, actimel

Drinks: Kiwi smoothy, ginger bear and water

Day 6 -Internet connection lost

Well for the last two days my internet has not been working, so I haven’t been able to blog. Sadly because of this, I have been really naughty with my eating, and broke my diet. I should have just wrote down what I was eating on paper to keep track, that would have been the smarter thing to do. But now I’m going to fully focus on my diet.

Breakfast:  Weetabix
Lunch: Soup with dumplins
Dinner: Lamb, chips, peas and corn on the cob. Delicious!
Snacks: Yogurt, actimel.
Drinks: Kiwi innocent juice, water

Day 3: Only WATER!

From having a really good think about yesterday I have decided that I’m going to be only drinking water from now on, so goodbye fruit juices, alcohol and anything sweet. Looking on the positive it’s healthy and what can be better then that.

Breakfast: Weetabix

Lunch: Fried chicken and dumplin

Dinner: 2 fried eggs, spaghetti hoops and toast (not the best dinner, I need to work on that)

Snacks: Yogurt, taste of cheese on toast, banana, 2 crisps (I’m very disappointed in myself) and a taste of chicken kebab meat.

Drinks: Water

Today was a bad day, and I did no exercise.

Day 2

O.k last night I failed a bit and had a prawn an cocktail crisp. I know I over eat, but this sort of thing takes time. I know I can do it because I  have already done it before.

I made the biggest mistake in promising my sister that I would make some cupcakes and a victoria sponge cake for my niece’s birthday. I quickly promised before I remembered  that I was on a diet. To work around this I think I if my diet goes well, I will treat myself to 1 cupcake and 1 slice of victoria sponge in 3 weeks. But it’s crazy right, I’ll be going right back to square one. But you never know by then I might not even want to taste it…well hopefully I won’t.

I was out for the whole day, so I didn’t find anytime to do any exercise.

Breakfast:  2 fried eggs and 2 slices of toast

Lunch: Fried chicken and dumplin

Dinner: Chicken, rice and 1 dumplin

Snacks: Extra dinner, ice-cream

Drinks: Beer, fruit juice, caprison juice. (Hmm on reflection I need to drink WATER!)

I’M BACK!!! Day 1

I’m back and ready to finish this diet. I know I can do it this time because for the past 3 days I have been exercising. But I just need to watch my diet.
So blogging it will help me keep track.

Weight: 12st 9lbs (180.6 lbs) Wow heavier then my original starting weight. But I’m not going to worry because I’ve already lost weight. A couple of days ago I weighted myself in at 13st (182 lbs). But I vowed to myself I will never EVER weight 13sts or more. So I have to lose the weight.

Goal: 12st.

The great thing now is that my sister wants to get into shape, so we both will be motivating each other.

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and 2 slices of toast.

Lunch: Patty and a tiny bit of cowslaw

Dinner: 2 fried eggs, toast and bean

Snacks: Apple, banana cake, some curried goat , rice and peas, yogurt

Drinks: Fruit juice, water
