Day 39

I’ve spent the whole day writing my essay that I can hardly bear to look at the computer screen, I’m that tired.

I never did my Bodi-Tek Ab-tek toning kit because I need to find more gel, I have nearly run out and I don’t know where to buy more. I used the rowing equipment and today I could really feel it working. What I’ve realised that I need to do is workout longer to actually feel it working. E.g I would have to do 30 sit ups where as my sister only have to do 5 to feel the difference.

Brunch: 3 slices of toast and baked beans

Dinner: west indian soup with all those delicious ingredients, sweet potatoes, yams, dumplings, chicken, carrots. I LOVE IT!!!!

Snacks: flake chocolate bar, white chocolate buttons. I hide my head in shame. For some reason after Christmas, my will power is not that strong to refuse food. What doesn’t help is my mum brought a whole bundle of christmas chocolates that was ridiculously cheap at our local supermarket after christmas which everyone is eating. I’ve given into temptation for too long now.

Drinks: Water, milk, orange juice

Day 38: My arms ache

I did a 20 minute workout today. Those dumbbells are great, I could really feel them working the muscles.  The Bodi-Tek Ab-tek kit was the most comfortable it has ever been, it was on setting A today with the power up to number 7. My only problem is that I’m soon going to be running out of the conductive gel and Argos does not sell them separately. Does anyone know any shops that sell them because buying online would be my last resort?

Breakfast: weetabix

Lunch: Chicken baguette. delicious!

Dinner: Coco pops.

Snacks: Chocolate coins, smarties

Drinks: Water

Day 37

Well, after a great holiday I’m back to work. I was so tired this morning I could barely get out of bed, I got up 45 minutes later then I should have. Thankfully I wasn’t late today.

Plans for the day: My plans today is to go to argos and get these exercise equipments designed by Davina McCall. I’m getting a dumbbell set, Rowing action exerciser and a twist board. I choice these products not because it was designed by her, but because it seemed really good. The reviews were great and it seems like her products are for people who don’t have a lot of space to have large gym equipments. I’m really looking forward to using them. I need to remember to use my Bodi-Tek Ab-tek toning kit when I get home. What I think I will to is workout an exercise ragime for everyday so that I keep on track with that. I seriously need to tone my arms so those weights will really come in handy. Its really embarassing they are so loose and floppy, I think when summer comes I’ll be too embarrased to wear T-shirts.

I was talking to my mother yesterday and she thought it would be a good idea for me and her to go half on a cross trainer. They seem really good and work every section of the body, unlike for example the machine bikes. which is good for the thighs and arms. This has become more than a diet, I really need to think about my health and being able to stay fit.

Lunch: Tuna baguette with a taste of my mum’s salt-fish fritta

Dinner: Bacon and fried egg sandwich and two slices of toast. (hmm not exactly a conventional dinner).

Snacks: Minstrels, Müller light yogurt, white chocolate buttons, tuttiee fruities (however its spelt) and smarties. WHAT AM I DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drinks: Water, apple juice.

Exercise: Day 3

To help tone my body up, I brought some equipment today

Dumbbell set

Twist board

Rowing action exerciser

I have a 30 day money back guarantee so I’m going to try them out properly and see if they’re great.

The Bodi-Tek Ab-tek toning kit, worked well today, I really could feel my muscles, contracting. I used the same settings as yesterday Mode C  and level 4/5.

Reviews:

The twist board was a load of junk it didn’t even work, personally it will be a lot cheaper and I would work my muscles more if I spun around myself without any help. I tried out every position and the only part of my body that felt like it was working with was my arms. Now if I just wanted it for my arms I would’ve brought one of those rubber band things that stretch in the same way. Refund.

The dumbbell set is really good. However the smallest set of weights are so light my niece enjoys copying me doing my workout and she is only 3 years old. I think a mobile phone would be more effective in weight. However the heaviest dumbbell weighs 2.72kg each which really are good for toning. I really do feel it in my arms.

The rowing action exerciser is good if you have never worked out to an extreme level before. My sister tried it out and felt her muscles working instantly. Now me I need something more powerful, that I feel. However I think I’ll give this one a much longer time to try as it may work wonders in the end. If this fails my next step will be to go to the gym.

Bodi-Tek Ab-tek: Day 2

Today I put the toning kit on the setting C which is warm up. And number 4 of the intensity. It felt like little shocks on my stomach more this time. I decided to do a stronger level as I really want to have a toned stomach really quickly. The contractions could really be felt this time, that I got a bit scared :D, I’ve never felt anything like that before. I did wonder if it was put on properly, so I think I’m going to do a bit of reading to make sure.

I wonder how long it will take till I start noticing changes to my stomach?

Bodi-Tek Ab-tek Belt: Day 1

Today I tried the  Bodi-Tek Ab-tek Belt for the first time. It felt sort of weird when I put it on. Sort of like large pulses on the abdominal muscles. I didn’t put it on an extreme setting as it was my first time. It was recommended in the brochure to go up in the levels step by step as time goes on. So the basic setting was setting A which was “toning”. I set the power to medium and then left it on for 12 minutes.

There has to be a gap of 4 hours between each session, but I’ve decided to do it once everyday.  I’m not going to set my an extreme challenge that I won’t be able to complete.

Today I brought the “Bodi-Tek Ab-tek” toning kit. I cannot wait to try it out, I’m expecting some good results from this. 😀

Dinner: Roast potatoes, chicken, yorkshire puddings, broccoli and carrots

Snacks: Baby biscuits, apple, chewy sweats

Drinks: water, orange and mango juice.

Bodi-Tek Ab-tek Belt

The newest item that I’ve been looking at is a toning kit to help with my stomach fat. I’m sick and tired of holding my stomach in when I’m out and about. I know its the lazy way out from exercising, but I’ve tried sit ups in the past and it doesn’t work for me. O.k maybe thats a lie. I used to workout to Jane Fonda’s exercise videos and my belly did tone to where I could almost see a six pack, (that was the time when I lost half a stone). It only worked through the influence of the video, not by myself. A sad thing is that I’m too busy to do exercise, so getting this toning kit would really help me out.

I have actual knowledge that these products work wonders because my step mother is a personal trainer and she told me that all her clients use them. She used to use her own one but she found that she didn’t need it as she is always in the gym and training.

Again as everything I buy it comes from Argos. The price has gone down from £29.99 to £19.89, so its a good bargain. I think I’ll buy this in the new year, when I’ve recovered from all the Christmas and sale spendings.
