Day 16: Getting a bit better

My scale seems to be playing up so I won’t be able to weigh myself today.
My food choices were not that good but I did not have any sugars which I’ve been trying to do and I cut down on my food amount.

Lunch: Chicken salad baguette.

Dinner: Chips

Snacks:Patty and a crisp

Drinks: apple and lemon, water

Day 14

Swimming again today, it was great and I really felt I did a lot of
Breakfast: Crunchy nut cereal

Lunch: Tomato soup

Dinner: Chicken curry ,rice and pitta bread

Day 13:

Breakfast: crunchy but cornflakes

Lunch: chicken and couscous with cherry tomatoes.

Dinner: Fish fingers and bread.

Snacks: rhubarb and custard sweets, chocolate

Day 7: Swim day

I had my swimming lesson today, it was really great, after I finished I felt my legs really worked hard, they were burning.
I’ll be weighing myself again, this is the quickest week ever!

Breakfast: Bacon sandwich

Lunch: Caesar salad

Dinner: Spaghetti

Drinks: Ribina

Day 5: Sugar ban

I can tell that I have a sugar addiction, because it’s only 5 days in and I haven’t stopped eating sugar. Starting from tomorrow NO sugar. I know it’s going to be hard but I have to do this or I will never lose weight.

I had a great work out session today. I know it’s been a few days from my last, and I should be going it everyday but it’s a start. 2 more days until my week weigh in.

Breakfast: Honey nut corn flakes

Dinner: Jerk chicken and rice and peas

Snacks: Chocolate, cheddar crisp,

Drinks: Water, apple juice

Day 4

Breakfast: Honey nut corn flakes

Dinner: chicken burger and chips from nandos

Snacks: chocolate pie,

Drinks: WKD x2, water, and ribina, run and coke

Day 3: Still not good

Breakfast: Honey nut corn flakes

Lunch: Jam sandwich

Dinner: Chicken stir fry.

Snacks: A slice or two of chocolate pie (it’s so hard when it’s sitting in the fridge, I can’t wait for it to be finished).

Drinks: water, apple juice and lemon aid (the only thing to drink at the time)

Day 2: Not a great start

Breakfast: Honey nut cereal.

Lunch: Steak pasty

Dinner: Fish and rice

Snacks: Taste of tuna bake and slices of chocolate pie with whipped cream.

Drinks:oasis drink, apple juice and water.

Really disappointed about the homemade chocolate pie, so I decided to exercise and work it all off. Still not a good a day and it’s only day 2.

Day 1: Starting over!!!

This will be my third time starting over with my weight loss, but I’ll try again because I really don’t want to be putting on lots of weight. So today is a brand new start.
I remember in my last attempt, exercise was a problem but I have recently signed up to swimming lessons to keep me active and fit. So this is the start of Day 1.

Weight:13st 3lbs (186.2)

Breakfast:Honey nut cereal

Lunch: scrambled eggs and toast.

Dinner: Baked fish and couscous.

Snacks:Fab ice lolly, bite of chocolate, jam sandwich, grapes and a banana.

Drinks: Water

I know today wasn’t that good, but it’s a big improvement from what I was eating before.
