This will be my third time starting over with my weight loss, but I’ll try again because I really don’t want to be putting on lots of weight. So today is a brand new start.
I remember in my last attempt, exercise was a problem but I have recently signed up to swimming lessons to keep me active and fit. So this is the start of Day 1.
Weight:13st 3lbs (186.2)
Breakfast:Honey nut cereal
Lunch: scrambled eggs and toast.
Dinner: Baked fish and couscous.
Snacks:Fab ice lolly, bite of chocolate, jam sandwich, grapes and a banana.
Drinks: Water
I know today wasn’t that good, but it’s a big improvement from what I was eating before.
